Maybe you're here because...
- Your life or relationship has gone through a shift or transition, and you’ve lost your sense of self or emotional balance
- You’re struggling with the stress of parenting and the feeling of having to hold everything together
- You’re exhausted from constantly trying to push through the overwhelm/burnout cycle
- You’re dealing with the emotional weight of grief or loss
Who I work with:
- Youth and adolescents
- Adults
- Trying to build better relationships with each other
- Navigating life transitions
- Dealing with harmful or unhelpful patterns
- Struggling with parenting and communication patterns
I work with people who are often in the “messy middle”—balancing responsibilities, navigating change, and feeling the weight of it all, even if they seem to be holding it all together on the outside.
What we'll work on together:
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, it’s about understanding you.
My work is rooted in:
- Trauma-informed therapy
- Relational and attachment-based approaches
- An intersectional feminist lens
- Strengths-based and client-centered care
What this can look like:
- Talking through what feels “off” and making sense of it
- Exploring patterns in relationships, thoughts, and behaviours
- Building awareness around emotional responses and coping strategies
- Strengthening boundaries, communication, and self-trust
- Creating space for parts of your experience that haven’t been heard before

What clients like about me:
Things I won’t do when you work with me:
- I won't judge, shame, or minimize your experience.
- I won't rush you or expect you to have the “right words.”
- I won't take a one-size-fits-all approach.
- I won't position myself as the expert of your life—you are.
How I got here:
My path into this work began long before my formal training. Growing up, I witnessed people close to me navigating mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma, often without the support they needed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw how inaccessible care could be, especially for those with complex life experiences.
Since that time, I’ve supported individuals facing housing insecurity, substance use, family violence, reintegration after incarceration, and mental health crises, as well as youth and adults navigating trauma, neurodiversity, and identity exploration. These experiences shaped my belief that people are not the problem, often, they are responding to environments and experiences that required them to survive.
