What clients like about me:
Clients often appreciate my calm, grounded presence and the sense of non-judgmental safety I bring in the face of high-emotion situations and crisis. I offer a person-centered, supportive approach, grounded in empathy, active listening, and validation that makes clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
Things I won’t do when you work with me:
- I won't ask you to minimize or justify your lived experiences.
- I won't rush your process or push you before you're ready.
- I won't take a one-size-fits-all approach.
- I won't position myself as the “expert” over your lived experience.

How I got here:
With over 20 years of experience supporting adults through mental health challenges, ADHD, crisis, and life transitions, my practice has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting individuals and communities through emotionally challenging situations.
As a South Asian therapist, I understand the cultural and family dynamics that shape our experiences, relationships, and mental health. I know and honour the importance of creating a culturally responsive, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered.
