We are actively seeking skilled and passionate Registered Social Workers (RSW) and Registered Psychotherapists (RP) to join our dynamic team in Whitby, Ontario. We’re a fun, supportive, and passionate team of clinicians who actively hold each other to practice excellence.
The successful candidate will have availability for daytime, afternoon, evening and/or weekends.

- Postgraduate degree experience is preferred (3-5 years), but new graduates will be considered with specialized training and experience
- A clinician with a clear vision of their counselling philosophy and future direction
- A team player who values the synergy and support that comes with working on a team
- A self-starter who is able to take initiative, actively grow their practice, and contribute to BeWell
- Someone who wants to contribute to the wellness of the team and practices self-care to ensure their best self can show up for themselves and their clients

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master’s-level Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (Independent). Please note: RP-Q candidates are not being considered at this time.
- 5-10 years’ experience in practice, providing psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, or families
- Compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed in approach
- Experience with diverse populations, specialized training an asset (ie EFT, ACT, Brainspotting, Imago, DBT) and second languages is a strong asset
- Ability and comfort providing sessions in person in downtown Whitby and virtually across Ontario
- Demonstrated skills in building your practice through marketing, networking, communication, organization and establishing collaborative working relationships with clients and other professionals
- Comfortable using Jane EMR and basic technology tools
- Availability for 10-15+ hours per week, including at least one evening (weekends optional)
