Fee Structure

Psychotherapeutic services are not covered by OHIP, but some extended benefit plans may cover the services of Social Worker (MSW) or Psychotherapist. Many clients have their sessions covered by their employer extended health benefits plans. Check with yours for your coverage. Each plan is different. For those seeking a more affordable therapy rate, MSW student intern sessions are available at a reduced cost.

Receipts are provided following each session, which can then be submitted to your benefits provider for reimbursement. (In many cases, direct billing is also available.) Payment can be made with credit card, cash, or e-transfer.

Pricing as of Jan. 1st, 2026:

  • Individual Counselling Session (50 min): $200/session
  • Individual Counselling Session with a recent MSW Graduate (50 min): $160/session
  • Individual Counselling Session with an MSW Student Intern (50 min): $75/session
  • Couples/Family Counselling Session (80 min): $265/session
  • Family Counselling Session (50 min, up to 4 people): $225/session
  • 1:1 Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Session (60 min): $230/session

On a budget? A limited amount of sessions are available at a reduced rate, based on need.
