About Clinical Supervision at BeWell Therapy:
I’m Laura Boyko, founder of BeWell Therapy. I’m a Registered Social Worker, psychotherapist, educator, and clinical supervisor with more than 25 years of experience in mental health and social services.
I provide clinical supervision for Registered Social Workers (RSW), Registered Psychotherapists (RP), qualifying therapists, MSW students, and mental health professionals. Sessions are available in person in Whitby, and virtually throughout Ontario.
Experienced Clinical Supervision Grounded in Real-World Practice
My experience spans community mental health, hospital outpatient services, post-secondary counselling and accessibility services, leadership, and private practice. As the Clinical Director of BeWell Therapy and a faculty member in the Bachelor of Social Work program at Trent University, I bring both academic knowledge and extensive clinical expertise to every supervision session.
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice. Sessions are designed to help clinicians strengthen clinical reasoning, build confidence, and develop their own authentic therapeutic approach while meeting professional and ethical standards.
Become the therapist you were meant to be.
Whether you’re working toward registration, seeking ongoing professional development, or navigating challenging client presentations, supervision provides a space for reflection, growth, and consultation.

Supervision is a collaborative process that encourages critical thinking, professional accountability, and ongoing clinical growth.
