Welcome to BeWell Therapy.
Therapy is a relationship built between people for ways of finding personal growth, resiliency, and transformation.
You have likely encountered some challenging times recently, or else you wouldn’t be here. Feeling stuck and not knowing how to move forward? You may not know where that journey will take you, but I can help be your personal guide.
I believe my main role is to help facilitate your personal journey. Having someone listen to your story can be incredibly helpful but then you need someone who can help you take action to make things different. Imagine a life of clarity, love, and freedom from the negative thoughts or emotions that fill your head and binds you. Imagine waking up every day feeling in control of whatever might come your way; knowing that you have the internal strength to deal with and manage it. Imagine being the best version of YOU. I look forward to hearing from you!

In the spirit of Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, I am privileged to live and work here today and acknowledge that we are gathering from a variety of traditional and treaty territories including the Mississaugas of Scugog Island, First Nation, the Mississauga Peoples and the treaty territory of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation. It is on these ancestral and treaty lands that we teach, learn and live.
